Yes, it is completely possible. Some branches may have different timings or no lunch time. It depends on geographical, work rush hours or other circumstances.
What are the chances that we receive banking services in lunch time of my branch?
Above query can be answered in three ways as it depends on three circumstances.
Circumstance I: Employees go to lunch at one time.
If all employees go for lunch at the same time, you’ll not receive any banking services. You’ll have to wait till they finish their lunch and return to their respective counters to perform their duties.
Circumstance II: Employees go to lunch in rotation.
This practice is followed by many branches. The employees to for lunch in rotation so they can provide services in their lunch time. But this may not be the case for all the branches, it completely depends on the location of the branch.
Circumstance III: There is no official lunch time of branch.
If there is no official lunch time, you can avail banking services for all business hours of the bank.
